About EF Education
EF Foundation is part of the EF Education family, which was founded in Sweden in 1965 with the mission of breaking down barriers of language, culture and geography.

Here’s an overview of the different programs offered by EF Education worldwide:
Cultural Exchange Programs
EF Foundation supports students traveling to the US and other destinations as part of their EF High School Year program. Students aged between 14 and 18 years spend an academic semester or living with a host family and attending a local high school.
Young adults aged between 18 and 26 years can spend a year in the United States providing live-in child care on the Cultural Care Au Pair program.
Learn a Language Abroad Programs
EF Education offers international students of all ages several options to learn English in a fun and culturally enriching way.
EF Language Travel: Escorted language learning trips and summer camps abroad for students aged between 6 and 14 years.
EF International Language Schools: Intensive language courses at one of EF’s over 40 schools abroad for students aged 16 years and over.
EF Academic Programs
EF offers a number of possibilities for those who seek complete fluency in a foreign language combining language learning with academic studies:
EF Academic Year Abroad: A nine-month study abroad program combining language and academic studies for young adults (ages 17-28)
EF Multi-Language Year: Spend nine months abroad studying two or three languages, while experiencing up to three of the world’s greatest cities (ages 16+)
EF Master English Programs: Long-term, career-focused English studies where students can choose from four specialized areas: business, information technology, hotel & tourism or media & art (ages 18-28)
EF Brittin College: University preparation and placement programs for international students who wish to pursue undergraduate or graduate degrees abroad. (ages 18+)
EF Degree Programs
EF also caters to young professionals who wish to enhance their academic qualifications by enrolling on a one-year MBA program offered by Hult International Business School in Boston.
