As an International Exchange Coordinator (IEC) with EF, you will touch a lot of lives. You will help international students live their American dreams by finding them host families in your local community, and give your neighbors a chance to share America with young people from around the world. You will also enhance the educations of local students who will learn first-hand about other cultures from their new friends.

Tools to Succeed
Since high school student exchange cannot happen without the hard work of IECs, EF Foundation gives you the tools to succeed. We provide extensive training on the local and national levels, as well as guidance from a Regional Coordinator and 24/7 support from our national headquarters.
