As an International Exchange Coordinator (IEC) with EF Foundation for Foreign Study, you touch a lot of lives. You help high school exchange students live their American dreams by finding host families in your community. Additionally, you give your neighbors a chance to share America with exchange students. And you enhance the educations of local high school students, who get to learn about other countries directly from people who live there.

EF Foundation & You
Since high school student exchange would never happen in your community without your hard work, EF Foundation gives you the tools to succeed. We provide extensive training on the local and national levels, as well as guidance from a Regional Coordinator and 24/7 support from our national headquarters.
As a local coordinator, you will earn extra money and be eligible for great travel opportunities and merchandise. And you will have the flexibility to work from home on a part-time schedule.
