HOST FAMILY REFERRAL CONTEST RULES 2008-2009

Qualifications

All referrals must be submitted to the Boston office on the official entry forms. Alternatively, please visit https://hsy.wufoo.com/forms/host-family-referral-contest for the online version of the form. All official entries (online or paper versions) must be received via email or postmarked by May 15, 2008. If you need additional referral forms, please contact the Boston office at 1-800-447-4273.

• Referral forms must be filled out completely or they will not be eligible for the raffle. Please include the family's first and last names, complete mailing address (number and street name, city, state and zip code) and telephone number (including area code.)
• All entries must be new to EF Foundation, unique (no repeats) and valid if they are to count for the raffle.
• If more than one person refers the same family, the first person to submit the information would get the entry.
• Once the referrals agree to host and complete full paperwork the referring person's name will then be entered into the Disney World Raffle.
• Official Raffle will be drawn on Sept 30th , 2008 and the winner will be notified via phone on this day. The winner will also be announced on our website at www.effoundation.org.

Travel Restrictions

• The flights and hotel will be selected, booked and paid for by EF Foundation for Foreign Study.
• The maximum value of the vacation package must not exceed $8,000.00. If the package exceeds this amount, the winning family must incur the additional costs.
• Travel restrictions apply during blackout dates. Blackout dates are as follows;
  December 14, 2008 to January 6, 2009
• The trip for 5 must be booked within one year; otherwise the offer will expire on October 1, 2009.
• All 5 packages must be redeemed at the same time, or the unused tickets will be forfeited.
• Travel requests must be received at least 45 days prior to date of travel. For travel in April, flight requests must be received at least 60 days prior to date of travel. For travel in the summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day), flight requests must be received at least 90 days prior to date of travel. Absolutely no exceptions can be made.
• Changes made less than 45 days for regular travel, 60 days for April travel, 90 days for Memorial Day to Labor Day travel will result in a minimum payment of $125 or penalties incurred, or a cost of the trip if canceled.
• Once a ticket has been issued, it cannot be canceled or altered.
• All tickets are non-refundable.
